Organic Bouquet Dill Seeds - Anethum graveolens
Organic, Open-Pollinated, Non-GMO Bouquet Dill Seeds
Great to companion plant with cucumbers. This large dill grows from 4' to 6' tall. Great for pickling! Finely chopped dill is added to sauces and dried seeds and leaves are a great seasoning.
Dill originated around the Mediterranean but the word comes from the old Norse word, dilla (to lull).
Dill is also a host plant for the Blacktail Swallowtail butterfly! Female butterflies lay their eggs only on certain host plants that will nourish the young caterpillars after they hatch. Grow those plants, supply food for the caterpillars and remember to allow the caterpillar to devour the host plants!
